NIT Jamshedpur Recruitment Jan 2019 For JRF Post
National Institute of Technology, NIT, Jamshedpur has invited application from eligible candidate for the recruitment of JRF post. Details of the recruitment are given below :
Title of the Project : "Modelling & Simulation of Three-Dimensional Magnetohydrodynamic Nanofluid flows over a Stretching Surface"
Duration : 03 Years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. Initial appointment will be for one year, extendable up to 3 years based on the satisfactory performance of the JRF and possible extension of the project.

Age limit : Not more than 28 Years. Age relaxation will be provided as per SERB-DST, GoI norms
Education Qualification :
M.Sc. in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/Pure Mathematics/Mathematics & Computing or equivalent degree with at least 60% marks (or a CGPA of 7.0 on a 10-point scale) with NET/GATE.
Candidates with sound knowledge of Differential Equations, Numerical Analysis, and Fluid Dynamics will be preferred.
Salary : Rs. 25,000/- per month for first two years and Rs. 28,000/- per month for the third year
