The Office of the Mission Director, National Health Mission (NHM) Assam has invited application from the eligible candidates for engagement on contractual basis in the following posts in different programmes under NHM, Assam. Details of the recruitment are as follows:

3. Early Interventionist cum Special Educator, RBSK: 27 posts

Up to 62 Years for State Level Positions
Up to 44 Years for District Level Positions & Block Level Positions

Qualification & Experience:
(A) State Level Positions:
1. For Sr. Consultant, Training, SIHFW:
MBBS Degree from Govt. recognized institution.
Desirable : MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)/ Degree / Diploma in Public Health Management.
Experience : Minimum 5 Years experience in teaching and training of Health Professional/ Programme Management at NHM

2. For Training Consultant, SIHFW:
MD/DNB (Gynecology & Obstetrics)
Desirable : Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
Experience : Minimum 5 Years experience in teaching and training of Health Professional/ Programme Management at NHM

3. For Consultant (Pediatric & Neonatal Service), SIHFW:
MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pediatrics from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
Desirable : Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in teaching and training of health professionals.

4. For Consultant (Family Planning):
i. MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Community Medicine from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
ii. 5 years post qualification work experience in public health or health administration.
iii. Computer proficiency –MS Office
iv. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.

5. For Addl. Consultant (MH):
i. MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
ii. Computer Proficiency : MS Office
iii. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill.
iv. Demonstration ability to work in a multi disciplinary team environment.
v. Experience in and ability to plan implement and evaluate large health/ social sector programmes will be main criteria.
vi. Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.

6. For Consultant (M&E), PCPNDT:
i. Master Degree in Gynecology/ Radiology/ Post Graduate Degree in Sociology from any Govt. recognized University of India.
ii. Well versed with Gender issues, and PC-PNDT Act.
iii.The person should be well versed with planning and programme implementation.
iv. The person should have dedication for implementation of PC-PNDT Act.
v. Knowledge in health related subjects like Population Policy, Right to Information Act, MTP Act, Health Establishment Act etc.

7. For State Consultant (Quality Monitoring):
Post Graduate Degree/ Advance qualification in Statistics. Specialization in Biostatistics/ Master in Health Informatics (MBA Health Informatics)/ Master in Epidemiology (MPH epidemiology) with 2 years experience in Public Health.

8. For State Programme Coordinator, NCD cum Health and Wellness Centre:
Medical degree from a recognized Medical College and registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council (AMC)/ SCIM.
Desirable : Diploma/ Master in Public Health/ Community Health Administration.
i. At least 2 years experience of working in Health Services/ Public Health Programme in Non Communicable Disease/ HWC.
ii. Working knowledge of operating computers and internet usage.

Remuneration:
Rs. 65,000 per month for Sl no. 1 to 6
Rs. 40,000/- per month for Sl no. 7 to 10
Rs. 31,000/- per month for Sl no. 11 & 12
Rs. 30,000/- per month for Sl no. 13
Rs. 24,000/- (under revision) per month for Sl no. 14
Rs. 27,000/- per month for Sl no. 15
Rs. 20,000/- per month for Sl no. 16

Selection Process:
The selection committee will conduct Written Exam / Interview for hiring of eligible aspirants for above positions.
