NBA Recruitment Dec 2018 for General Manager and Others Posts

National Board of Accreditation, (NBA) has invited application from eligible candidates for the recruitment for General Manager and Others Posts. Details of the recruitment are given below:

Age Limit: (as on 01/11/2018)
1. For General Manager (Accreditation): Not exceeding 50 years
2. For Manager/ Senior Software Developer: Not exceeding 45 years
3. For Deputy Manager/ Software Developer: Not exceeding 40 years
4. For Deputy Manager (Administration): Not exceeding 40 years
5. For Deputy Manager (Accounts): Not exceeding 40 years
6. For Deputy Manager (International Co-operation): Not exceeding 40 years
7. For Deputy Manager (Training): Not exceeding 40 years
8. For Assistant Manager (Executive Assistant): Not exceeding 32 years

Name of the posts: (No. of the posts)
1. General Manager (Accreditation): 1 post
2. Manager/ Senior Software Developer: 1 post
3. Deputy Manager/ Software Developer: 1 post
4. Deputy Manager (Administration): 1 post
5. Deputy Manager (Accounts): 1 post
6. Deputy Manager (International Co-operation): 1 post
7. Deputy Manager (Training): 1 post
8. Assistant Manager (Executive Assistant): 1 post



Educational Qualification:
1. For General Manager (Accreditation):
Essentials (Fixed tenure assignment basis):
Ph.D. with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/ MBA/ PGDM/ Pharmacy/ Architecture from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.

On Deputation Basis:
The qualification for fixed tenure assignment basis will not be applicable for deputation. The persons working in Government organization with experience as mentioned in column No.6 will be eligible to apply on deputation.

Experience:
10 years

For Deputation:
Holding analogous post or minimum experience of 3 years’ service in Level 11 or 8 years’ service in Level 10 in field of teaching or research, educational planning or administration, training etc. in Central/ State Government or Central/ State Government Universities or Autonomous bodies set up by Government

2. For Manager/ Senior Software Developer:
Essentials (Fixed tenure assignment basis):
MCA / B.Tech. / BE (Computer Science/ Information Technology) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.

Proven knowledge of web and windows based application development on the (dot) net platform. Experience of working with relational database management software such as MS SQL server.
1. Strong in OOPS concepts.
2. Good analytical and coding skills
3. Knowledge of SDLC and Agile computing
4. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Highly self-motivated and directed.
6. Keen attention of detail.
7. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Experience of leadership responsibilities for multiple subordinate development teams.
9. Experience of ensuring on-time delivery quality adherence by software teams.
10. Experience of budgeting, hiring and appraisals of team members.
11. Experience of resource allocation for multiple subordinate development teams.
12. Proven experience of leadership in design, development, documentation, unit testing, etc.

On Deputation Basis:
The qualification for fixed tenure assignment basis will not be applicable for deputation. The persons working in Government organization with experience as mentioned in Column No.6 will be eligible to apply on deputation.

Experience:
10 + years hands of experience on web based and windows application development

For Deputation:
Holding analogous post or minimum experience of 3 years’ service in Level 10 or 8 years’ service in Level 9 in Central/ State Government or Central/ State Government University or Autonomous Body set up by Government.

3. For Deputy Manager/ Software Developer:
Essentials:
MCA / B.Tech. / B.E (Computer Science/ Information Technology) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institution. Proven knowledge of web and windows based application development on the (dot) net platform. Experience of working with relational database management software such as MS SQL server.

4. For Deputy Manager (Administration):
Essentials:
1. Masters’ degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
2. Experience of Office Management, Establishment, General Administration, Accounts and Stores Management.

Experience:
6 years

5. For Deputy Manager (Accounts):
Essentials:
Masters’ degree in Commerce/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Management etc. with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university.

Desirable:
C.A./ ICWA/ MBA (Fin) with Ph.D. Experience in dealing with Finance and Accounts

Experience:
6 years

6. For Deputy Manager (International Co-operation):
Essentials:
Masters’ degree in Engineering/ Technology/ MBA/ PGDM/ Pharmacy/ Architecture with atleast 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/ institution or equivalent with 4 years’ experience OR Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent with 6 years of experience.

Experience:
As mentioned in column 5

7. For Deputy Manager (Training):
Essentials:
Masters’ degree in Engineering/ Technology/ MBA/ PGDM/ Pharmacy/ Architecture with atleast 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a university/ institution or equivalent with 4 years’ experience OR Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University with 6 years of experience.

Experience:
As mentioned in column 5

8. For Assistant Manager (Executive Assistant):
Essentials:
1. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
2. Shorthand speed with 80 wpm to be transcribed in 50 min.

Method:
1. For posts 1 and 2: Fixed tenure assignment basis/ Deputation
2. For Remaining posts: Fixed tenure assignment basis

Remuneration:
1. For General Manager (Accreditation): Level 12 Rs.78,000 - 2,09,200 (Equivalent to Grade pay Rs.7600/- )
2. For Manager/ Senior Software Developer: Level 11 Rs.67,700 - 2,08,700 (Equivalent to Grade pay Rs.6600/- )
3. For Deputy Manager/ Software Developer: Level 10 Rs.56,100 - 1,77,500 (Equivalent to Grade pay Rs.5400/-)
4. For Deputy Manager (Administration): Level 10 Rs.56,100 - 1,77,500 (Equivalent to Grade pay Rs.5400/-)
5. For Deputy Manager (Accounts): Level 10 Rs.56,100 - 1,77,500 (Equivalent to Grade pay Rs.5400/-)
6. For Deputy Manager (International Co-operation): Level 10 Rs.56,100 - 1,77,500 (Equivalent to Grade pay Rs.5400/-)
7. For Deputy Manager (Training): Level 10 Rs.56,100 - 1,77,500 (Equivalent to Grade pay Rs.5400/-)
8. For Assistant Manager (Executive Assistant): Level 7 Rs.44,900 - 1,42,400 (Equivalent to Grade pay Rs.4600/-)

Mode of Selection:
Selected candidates will have no claim for appointment on regular basis by virtue of his or her appointment on fixed tenure assignment/ deputation
