Manipur Social Welfare Dept Recruitment Jan 2019 for 34 Programme Coordinator & Assistant Posts

The Department of Social Welfare, Manipur has invited application from the eligible candidates for the recruitment of the following posts of State PMMVY Cell and District PMMVY Cells on contract initially for a period of 1(one) year which may be extended from time to time. (A) State PMMVY Cell: 02 posts
1. State Programme Coordinator: 01 post (UR)
2. State Programme Assistant: 01 post (UR)
(A) District PMMVY Cells: 32 posts
3. District Programme Coordinator: 16 posts (UR -10, ST – 4, OBC(M)- 2)
4. District Programme Assistant: 16 posts (UR -10, ST – 4, OBC(M)- 2)

Age: As on 01/01/2019
Age of the candidates shall not be less than 18 years and not more than 38(thirty eight) years
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST/SC and 3 years for OBC.

Qualification and Experience:
1. For State Programme Coordinator:
Post Graduate, preferably in Social Science/ Life Science/ Nutrition/ Medicine/ Health Management/ Social Work/ Rural Management.
(i) At least 3 years’ experience of working in Women & Child Development with the Govt./Non-Govt. Organizations
(ii) Proficiency in using MS Office
(iii) Proficiency in local language and English
2. For State Programme Assistant:
Graduate, preferably in Social Science/Social Work/’ Rural Management/ Statistics.
(i) At least 2 years’ experience of working with the Govt./ Non-Govt. Organizations.
(ii) Proficiency in using MS Office, data entry and analysis
(iii) Proficiency in local language and English
3. For District Programme Coordinator:
Post Graduate, Preferably in Social Science/ Life Sciences/ Nutritional/ Medicine/ Health Management/ Social Work/ Rural Management
(i) At least 1 year experience of working with the Govt./ Non-Govt. Organizations
(ii) Proficiency in using MS-Office
(iii) Proficiency in local language and English
4. For District Programme Assistant:
Graduate, preferably in Social Science/ Social Work/ Rural Management/ Statistics.
(i) At least 1 year experience of working with the Govt./Non-Govt. Organizations.
(ii) Proficiency in using MS Office and data entry
(iii) Proficiency in local language and English

Remuneration plus PBH per month fixed by FD(PIC):
1. For State Programme Coordinator: 13700+31300 = 45000
2. For State Programme Assistant: 8000+17000 = 25000
3. For District Programme Coordinator: 13600+21400 = 35000
4. For District Programme Assistant: 7600+12400 = 20000

The duly filled in application forms along with necessary documents should be submitted to the Office of the Social Welfare, Directorate Head Quarter, Near 2nd MR Gate, AT Line, Imphal.

Application Fee:
Rs. 500/- for Unreserved categories and
Rs. 300/- for SC/ST/OBC.
No fee is payable for Differently Abled Candidates.

Mode of payment:
Cash at time of submission of application form.

Note:
1. Other than merit and suitability of the candidates and other criteria to be observed, the application will be considered District-wise against the District vacancies on the basis of the District to which they belong (Domicile).
2. Domicile Certificate and other supporting documents should be submitted with the application form. Original Domicile & other certificates should be brought at the time of Interview.
