Manipur Revenue Department Direct Recruitment for 228 Various Posts

The Revenue Department Government of Manipur has invited application for the recruitment of the following posts. Details of the recruitment are as follows:

6. Lambu: 50 Posts (UR:24, ST:16, SC:01, OBC(M):07, OBC(MP)02)
7. Peon: 40 Posts (UR:20, ST:12, SC:01, OBC(M):05, OBC(MP)02)
8. Process Server: 07 Posts (UR:04, ST:02, SC:00, OBC(M):01, OBC(MP)00)
9. Chowkidar: 09 Posts (UR:06, ST:02, SC:00, OBC(M):01, OBC(MP)00)

Post Reserved for Differently Abled Person (DAP):

Age Limit:
18 to 38 years as on 1st Dec 2016.Age relaxation applicable as per government rule.

Educational Qualification:
1. For Lower Division Clerk, LDC:
Matriculation / HSLC or its equivalent qualification of a recognized University/Board.

2. For Revenue Inspector:
Graduation of a recognized University/Board.

3. For Zilladar:
Higher Secondary/ PUC of a recognized University/Board.

4. For Stenographer:
Matriculation / HSLC or its equivalent qualification of a recognized University/Board with speed not below 80 words per minute in shorthand (English) and seed not less than 30 words per minute in typing English relaxable for SC/ST upto 60 words per minute in shorthand and 25 words per minute in typing.

5. For Driver:
Matriculation / HSLC or its equivalent qualification of a recognized University/Board with driving experience of not less than 3 years.

6. For Lambu:
Matriculation / HSLC or its equivalent qualification of a recognized University/Board

7. For Peon:
Matriculation / HSLC or its equivalent qualification of a recognized University/Board

8. For Process Server:
Matriculation / HSLC or its equivalent qualification of a recognized University/Board

9. For Chowkidar:
Matriculation / HSLC or its equivalent qualification of a recognized University/Board

Pay Scale:
1. For Lower Division Clerk, LDC: Rs 5200 – 20200/- + Rs 1900/- GP
2. For Revenue Inspector: Rs 5200 – 20200/- + Rs 2400/- GP
3. For Zilladar: Rs 5200 – 20200/- + Rs 1900/- GP
4. For Stenographer: Rs 5200 – 20200/- + Rs 2000/- GP
5. For Driver: Rs 5200 – 20200/- + Rs 1900/- GP
6. For Lambu: Rs 4400 – 7440/- + Rs 1400/- GP
7. For Peon: Rs 4400 – 7440/- + Rs 1300/- GP
8. For Process Server: Rs 4400 – 7440/- + Rs 1400/- GP
9. For Chowkidar: Rs 4400 – 7440/- + Rs 1300/- GP

Mode of Selection:
1. For Lower Division Clerk, LDC:
Written, typing Test, and Interview as per provision of R/R for the post of LDC

2. For Revenue Inspector:
Written, and Interview as per provision of R/R for the post of Revenue Inspector.

3. For Zilladar:
Written, and Interview as per provision of R/R for the post of Zilladar

4. For Stenographer:
Written, typing test, and Interview as per provision of R/R for the post of Stenographer.

5. For Driver:
Interview followed by Driving test as per provision of R/R for the post of Driver.

6. For Lambu:
Interview/ Personality Test as per provision of R/R for the post of Lambu.

7. For Peon:
Interview/ Personality Test as per provision of R/R for the post of Peon.

8. For Process Server:
Interview/ Personality Test as per provision of R/R for the post of Process Server.

9. For Chowkidar:
Interview/ Personality Test as per provision of R/R for the post of Chowkidar.

Application Fee:
1. For Grade III Posts
a. Rs 500/- for General & OBC
b. Rs 300/- for SC & ST
2 For Grade IV Posts
a. Rs 400/- for General & OBC
b. Rs 200/- for SC & ST

How to Apply:
Candidates need to get their names registered through respective employment exchange, and submit the duly filled application form in the prescribed format which can collected from the Office of Deputy Commissioner Imphal West with the needed documents to the Office of Deputy Commissioner Imphal West, Lamphelpat Manipur.

Note: Candidates applying for more than one post should obtain application forms seperately for each post on payment of prescribed fees.

Documents to be submitted:
1. Relevant educational certificates with mark sheet.
2. Certificate showing date of birth.
3. Certificate(s) indicating category (OBC/ST/SC)
4. Employment Exchange Card.
5. Certificate of computer knowledge (for the post of LDC only)
6. Valid driving licence (for the post of driver)
7. Disability certificate in respect of DAP.

Important Dates:
1. Date of requisition from respective employment exchange: 22nd to 26th Dec 2016. (Extended to 5th Jan 2017)
2. Date of Issue and submission of application form: 28th to 31st Dec 2016 (Extended to 13th Jan 2017)
