Manipur Education (S) Recruitment Notice Feb 2021 for 454 Hindi GT & PT Posts

The Directorate of Education (S), Government of Manipur has invited application from eligible candidates for recruitment of the following posts of Graduate Teachers (GT) & Primary Teachers (PT) under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Financial Assistance. Details of the recruitment are as follows:

Name of Post: (Total No. of Posts)
1. Hindi Graduate Teacher: 153 Posts
2. Hindi Primary Teachers: 301 Posts

Reservation:
1. For Hindi Graduate Teacher:
UR: 77, OBC(M): 20, OBC(P): 06, OBC(O): 00, SC: 03, ST: 47

2. For Hindi Primary Teachers:
UR: 151, OBC(M): 38, OBC(P): 12, OBC(O): 01, SC: 06, ST: 93

Age Limit: (As on 16/02/2021)
18-38 years.
Upper age limit shall be relaxed by 3 years for OBC Candidates and 5 years for ST / SC Candidates. For PWD & Meritorious Sports Person Candidates also, additional relaxation as permissible under rules shall apply.

Educational Qualification:
1. For Hindi Graduate Teacher:
a) Graduate/Post Graduate with Hindi as one of the subject from recognized University with at least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or its equivalent or Hindi Shikshan Parangat from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution.
OR
b) Graduate / Post Graduate with Hindi as one of the subject from recognized University with at least 45% mark in either Graduation or Post Graduation or its equivalent and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or its equivalent or Hindi Shikshan Parangat from National Council of Education recognized Institution [in accordance with the National Council of Teacher Education (Form of Application for recognition, the time limit of submission of Application, determination of Norms and standards for recognition of teacher education programmes and permission to Start new course or training) regulations, 2002 notified on 13/11/2002 and National Council of Teacher Education(recognition Norms and procedures) regulations 2007 notified on 10/12/2007.
OR
c) Four year degree of B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed. in Hindi from any National Council of Teacher Education recognized Institution.

2. For Hindi Primary Teachers:
1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 50% marks and Two Year Diploma in Elementary Education by whatever name known)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and Two Year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) and Rashtrabhasa Kovid or its equivalent from a recognized Institute.
OR
Senior Secondary (o, its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 45% marks and Two Year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with NCTE (recognition norms and procedure), regulations 2002.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 50% marks and Four Year Bachelor of elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Hindi as one of the subject with at least 50% marks and Two Year Diploma in Education(special Education) and

2. Passed in the Teacher Eligibility Test(TET I), to be conducted by appropriate Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by NCTE for the purpose.

Remuneration:
1. For Hindi Graduate Teacher:
Minimum of PB + GP + PBH i.e. Rs 5200 + 2800 + 22,000 = Rs. 30,000/-

2. For Hindi Primary Teachers:
Minimum of PB + GP + PBH i.e. Rs 5200 + 2400 + 22,400 = Rs. 30,000/-

Mode of Selection: Based on recruitment examination

Scheme of Examination:

Syllabus:
a. General Knowledge and Current Affairs — Important Days, Indian History, Books and Authors, Indian National Movement, Awards and Honours, Budget and Five Year Plans, General Polity, Current Affairs – National & International, Indian Economy, Capitals of India, International & National Organizations, Science – Inventions & Discoveries, Science & Technology, Sports, Abbreviations, Countries & Capitals.

b. Hindi Subject — Syllabus shall be up to the level of 10th & 12th Standard for Hindi Primary Teachers and Hindi Graduate Teachers respectively.
