9. Assistant Manager/ Manager- Finance
Maximum Age: (as on 24th Jan 2019)
35 Years for Officer II/ Assistant Manager- HR
38 Years for Project Manager- Technology (Manager)
40 Years for Other remaining posts
1. For Officer II / Assistant Manager- HR:
Post- Graduation/ MBA/ PGDBM in Human Resources Management
Min Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the HR function preferably from Banking and Financial Services sector companies of repute.
2. For Officer I/ Assistant Manager- Area Sales Manager:
Graduate/ Postgraduate/ MBA (Desirable)
Min Experience: 3 – 5 years with Graduate Qualification preferably from Banking and Financial Services sector companies of repute.
3. For Manager/ AVP- HR:
Post- Graduation in Human Resources Management
Min Experience: 7+ years of experience in the HR function preferably from Banking and Financial Services sector companies of repute
4. For Manager/ AVP- Training:
Post Graduate from a reputed institution in India
Min Experience: 7+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services
5. For Manager- Administration:
Graduate (Post graduate will be preferable)
Min Experience: 8 + years in similar Office Manager/ Administration Head role
6. For Assistant Manager/ Manager- Quality:
Graduate / Postgraduate /MBA (Desirable)
Min Experience: 5+ Years with Graduate Qualification preferably from Banking and Financial Services sector companies of repute.
7. For Manager- Regional Sales Manager:
Graduate/ Post Graduate degree, preferably MBA with a specialization in Finance/ Marketing from a reputed college or university in India/ Overseas
Min Experience: 6-8 years with Post Graduate Qualification and / or 10-12 years with Graduate Qualification of related experience in a leadership role preferably from Banking and Financial Services sector companies of repute.
8. For Project Manager- Technology (Manager):
B.E/ B.Tech/ BSC/ MSC in Computer science/ Information Technology from Reputed Colleague/ University
Min Experience: 6+ years of experience in IT out of which, at least 4 years in a similar role
9. For Assistant Manager/ Manager- Finance:
Graduate/ Postgraduate /MBA /CA Inter /CA
Min Experience: Chartered accountant – with 2 years of experience ,NBFC experience preferred or M.B.A/ M.com/CA Inter with 4 years of experience, NBFC experience preferred or B.Com with 6 years of experience, NBFC experience preferred
