Eligibility Criteria:

1. For Assistant Registrar (Gr.’A’):
a) Reservation: UR:1 OBC:0 SC:0 ST:0 PH: 0
b) Age Limit:
Not exceeding 30 years on the normal closing date. (Relaxable for Govt. serva0nts upto 5 years in accordance with instructions issued by the Central Govt.)
c) Educational Qualification:
A. Essential:
(i) Degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairying or Agriculture from a recognized University or equivalent with 3 years experience as at (ii) below.
OR
Indian Dairy Diploma with 5 years’ experience as at (ii) below.
(ii) Experience of Cattle breeding, preferably of Herd Registration Programme with important breeds of cattle.
B. Desirable:
Post Graduate training in Cattle breeding.
d) Pay Scale: PB-3 i.e. Rs.15, 600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.5,400/-.

2. For Assistant Director of Air Safety:
a) Reservation: UR:1 OBC:0 SC:0 ST:1 PH:0
b) Age Limit:
Not exceeding 40 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 45 years for Scheduled Tribes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. c) Educational Qualification:
(A) Essential
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering of a recognized university OR Pass in associate membership examination parts II and III/ Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India.
(B) EXPERIENCE
Five Years experience in airframe, aircraft structure system/designs or engines/ power plants or electrical/ instruments/ avionics in a reputed manufacturing/ overhauling/maintenance establishment.
(C) Desirable:(i) Experience in investigation of aircraft accidents
(ii) Pilot’s Licence
(iii) Navigator’s Licence
iv) Flight Engineer’s Licence on modern transport aircraft.
d) Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- in PB-3

3. For Assistant Keeper:
a) Reservation: UR:1 OBC:0 SC:1 ST:0 PH:0
b) Age Limit:
Not exceeding 30 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 35 years for Scheduled Castes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto Five years as per instruction/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. c) Educational Qualification:
A.Essential:
Master’s degree in Anthropology of a recognized University or equivalent.
B.Experience:
Diploma in Museology with about 1 year’s practical experience in running a Museum or about 3 years practical experience in running a Museum. ( About one year means not less nine months and three years means not less than two years nine months).
C. Desirable:
i). Administrative experience
II) Experience of field work in tribal areas.
d) Pay Scale: Rs.6500-200-10500/-(pre- revised) corresponding pay band PB-2 (9300-34800) along with Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-.(Revised)

4. For Translator (Burmese):
a) Reservation: UR:1 OBC:0 SC:0 ST:0 PH: 0
b) Age Limit:
35 years for General Category. (Relaxable for Govt servants upto five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt. Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC etc as per Govt orders in force).
c) Educational Qualification:
A. Essential:
(i) Bachelor’s degree in the Foreign Language concerned (Burmese) with English as compulsory/elective subject at degree level or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent.
OR
(a) Bachelor’s degree with English as compulsory/elective subject from a recognized University or equivalent, and
(b) Diploma equivalent to Interpreter ship standard in the foreign language concerned from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
Advance diploma of minimum 72 weeks/ (16 ½ months).
d) Pay Scale: PB-3 ( 15600-39100) with Grade Pay of 5400/- p.m. . 8000-275-13500/- (pre-revised)

5. For Translator (Dari/ Persian):
a) Reservation: UR:0 OBC:0 SC:1 ST:0 PH:1
b) Age Limit:
40 years. Additional Age relaxation of 10 years for Physically Handicapped (PH) persons, as per rules.
c) Educational Qualification:
(i) Bachelor Degree in the Foreign language (Dari/Persian) concerned with English as compulsory/elective subject at degree level or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent.
OR
(a) Bachelor’s degree with English as compulsory/elective subject from a recognized University or equivalent, and
(b) Diploma equivalent to Interpretership standard in the foreign language concerned (Dari/Persian) from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.

6. For Legal Officer (Grade-II):

c) Educational Qualification:
A. Essential:
i) Masters degree in Law with specialization in the field of International Law and/or International Relations or International Organizations from a recognized University.
ii) Candidates having specialization in International Law in M. Phil. or Ph. D. level but not at Masters level will also be eligible.
B. EXPERIENCE-
5 years experience, after obtaining minimum educational qualification in Legal Affairs, namely Legal Practitioner, in Legal service of the Government, teaching or conducting or guiding research in International Law or in the Law of International Organizations.
C. Desirable:
Certificate course (at least 6 months duration) in one or two foreign languages other than English.
d) Pay Scale: Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- (Total emoluments including D.A at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 58050/- p.m. approximately.)

7. For Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professors (Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS)):
a) Reservation: UR:4 OBC:2 SC:1 ST:1 PH:0
b) Age Limit:
Not exceeding 40 years on the normal closing date. Not exceeding 45 years for SC/ST and 43 years for OBC candidates on the normal closing date, in respect of posts reserved for them. (Relaxable for Govt. servants by 5 years in accordance with instructions issued by the Central Govt.)
c) Educational Qualification:
A. Essential:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
(ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section –A of Schedule VI i.e. Magister Chiruguie (Cardio Vascular and Thoracic Surgery) or Magister Chiruguie (Thoracic Surgery) or Magister Chiruguie (Cardio Surgery) or Magister Chiruguie (Vascular Surgery).
(B) EXPERIENCE
At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post graduate degree.
d) Pay Scale: PB-3 i.e. Rs.15, 600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6,600/- plus N.P.A as admissible.

8. For Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professor (Cardiology):
a) Reservation: UR:4 OBC:3 SC:3 ST:2 PH:0
b) Age Limit:
Not exceeding 40 years on the normal closing date. Not exceeding 45 years for SC/ST and 43 years for OBC candidates on the normal closing date, in respect of posts reserved for them. (Relaxable for Govt. servants by 5 years in accordance with instructions issued by the Central Govt.)
c) Educational Qualification:
A. Essential:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).

9. For Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professor (Nephrology):
a) Reservation: UR:4 OBC:2 SC:2 ST:1 PH:0
b) Age Limit:
Not exceeding 40 years on the normal closing date. Not exceeding 45 years for SC/ST and 43 years for OBC candidates on the normal closing date, in respect of posts reserved for them. (Relaxable for Govt. servants by 5 years in accordance with instructions issued by the Central Govt.)
c) Educational Qualification:
A. Essential:
(i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
(ii) Post Graduate degree in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty i.e., M.D (Nephrology)
d) Pay Scale: PB-3 i.e. Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- plus N.P.A as admissible.

10. For Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professor (Neuro Surgery);
a) Reservation: UR:10 OBC:8 SC:3 ST:2 PH:0
b) Age Limit:
Not exceeding 40 years on the normal closing date. Not exceeding 45 years for SC/ST and 43 years for OBC candidates on the normal closing date, in respect of posts reserved for them. (Relaxable for Govt. servants by 5 years in accordance with instructions issued by the Central Govt.)
c) Educational Qualification:
A. Essential:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). d) Pay Scale: PB-3 i.e. Rs.15, 600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6,600/- plus N.P.A as admissible.

11. For Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professor (Neurology):
a) Reservation: UR:9 OBC:8 SC:5 ST:2 PH:0
b) Age Limit:
Not exceeding 40 years on the normal closing date. Not exceeding 45 years for SC/ST and 43 years for OBC candidates on the normal closing date, in respect of posts reserved for them. (Relaxable for Govt. servants by 5 years in accordance with instructions issued by the Central Govt.)

12. For Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professor (Radio-Diagnosis):

Not exceeding 40 years on the normal closing date. Not exceeding 45 years for SC/ST and 43 years for OBC candidates on the normal closing date, in respect of posts reserved for them. (Relaxable for Govt. servants by 5 years in accordance with instructions issued by the Central Govt.)
c) Educational Qualification:
A. Essential:
(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). At least three years’ Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post graduate degree.
d) Pay Scale: PB-3 i.e. Rs.15, 600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- plus N.P.A as admissible.

13. For Assistant Director (Handicrafts):
a) Reservation: UR:5 OBC:2 SC:1 ST:0 PH:0
b) Age Limit:
AGE Not exceeding 30 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 35 years for Scheduled Castes reserved vacancy for them. as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 33 Years for Other Backward Classes candidates as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant up to Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. c) Educational Qualification:
A. Essential:
Master’s degree in any subject from a recognised University or equivalent.

B. EXPERIENCE:
3 years experience in the field of Handicrafts, Cottage, Industry and Small Scale Industry.
C. Desirable:
Knowledge of condition of production and marketing of handicrafts and problems relating to exports of such products.
d) Pay Scale: PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600

14. For Junior Lecturer (Textile Processing):

b) Age Limit:

Government Servant upto Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. c) Educational Qualification:
A. Essential:
Degree in Textile Chemistry or Textile Processing or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with specialisation in Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry from a recognised University or Institute
or
Post Diploma in Textile Chemistry or Textile Processing from a recognised University or Institute.
B. EXPERIENCE
Two years experience as a Lecturer in Textile Chemistry/Bleaching/Dyeing/Printing/Finishing in a recognised Institution or as a shift-in-charge in a dye house/textile mill handling wet processing/finishing/bleaching of textiles.
Note-I The qualifications are relaxable at Commission’s discretion in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
d) Pay Scale: Rs.9,300-34,800/- ( PB-2) plus Rs. 4,600/- (Grade Pay) (Total emoluments excluding T.A. and HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 38565/-p.m. approximately)

Mode of Selection:
Based on Recruitment test followed by interview.
